ZOOM COMMUNITY MEETING

SCRA members are privileged to have two distinguished speakers at our March Community Meeting. First, US Congressman Brad Sherman is scheduled to speak and respond to questions from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Following Congressman Sherman, Los Angeles City Planning Director Vince Bertoni will be introduced.  Mr. Bertoni will address local planning topics such as: how Additional Dwelling Units (ADU) affect the Baseline Mansionization Ordinance; zoning of apartments next to residential properties; and updates on The Community Plan and Specific Plan.  There will be a Q&A session after each speaker.
