Councilmember Paul Krekorian is the SCRA’s Guest Speaker. The Councilmember will talk to the community about the City Budget as related to the economic downturn and include police budget issues;  progress on the homeless housing issue; Community Plan update;  airport noise update;  and City council action (if any) on State Senate and Assembly bills overriding local zoning.  Motion to curb developers’ influence on projects is before the City Council.
